Career magnet for young people: 46 new trainees choose Lobbe
Environmental and recycling management are popular fields of training.
A total of 46 young people chose Lobbe when looking for their apprenticeship. The Iserlohn-based environmental and waste disposal company is popular as an employer in the region and beyond. "We are pleased to welcome so many young people and to offer them a solid technical training with good prospects for the future," says Dr. Reinhard Eisermann, Managing Director of Lobbe Holding GmbH & Co KG. In addition to the good feeling of being involved in the environment, the climate and the protection of natural resources through their work at Lobbe, the young people also appreciate the reliability and future viability of the occupational field.
The apprenticeships are as diverse as the company's services: The new employees are trained as specialists for pipe, sewer and industrial services, professional drivers, IT management specialists, IT specialists for system integration, IT specialists for application development and specialists for recycling and waste management, industrial clerks, chemical laboratory assistants and office management specialists at a total of 13 locations. In principle, Lobbe trains for its own needs.
