Separation competition: Sort the letters

1. Anyone who writes the correct solution via direct message to our Lobbe account on Facebook by June 14, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (German time) will be entered into the competition. The correct solution word does not necessarily have to be the only content of the comment, i.e. additional text is permitted.

2. We will randomly select ten winners from all participants, who will each receive a Lobbe waste memory.

3. Each participant can only take part in the competition once. Multiple comments with the solution word do not increase the probability of winning.

4. The winners will be notified by 19.06.2024 at the latest by replying to the winning participation messages. The prizes will be sent by 28.06.2024 at the latest.

5. With the prize notification, the winners will be asked to provide their shipping address for sending the prize (i.e. their postal address for sending the waste memo by post). If a winner does not respond within 48 hours to provide the data required to send the prize, he/she will be excluded from the competition and the prize will be forfeited. In this case, it is at our reasonable discretion whether we select a new winner as a replacement - the above regulations then apply accordingly to this winner.

6. The prizes will only be sent to addresses in Germany.

7. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.

8. Participation in the competition is only possible by the participant in person. Representation by third parties (e.g. competition agencies) or automated participation (in particular with the help of so-called "bots") is not permitted.

9. We may exclude participants from the competition who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the competition and/or the entry process, violate these conditions of participation and/or otherwise attempt to influence the competition or the handling of the competition in an unfair or dishonest manner.

10. Participation in the competition is voluntary and free of charge.

11. Claims arising from this competition cannot be assigned to a third party.

12. Legal recourse is excluded.

13. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, insofar as this is reasonable for the participants in the competition, taking into account our interests. This applies in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. manipulation or errors in the hardware/software) or for legal or other reasons, the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed. In this case, we will decide at our reasonable discretion whether the prizes offered will be awarded according to the originally planned procedure or according to another procedure among the participants received up to the time of termination.

14. The Contest is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook. According to Facebook's guidelines, participation in the competition requires the full release of Instagram by each participant.
