53 new trainees at Lobbe
Iserlohn. The Lobbe Group is delighted to welcome a total of 53 new trainees who are taking the first step into their professional future. The training and further education of future specialists is particularly important to the family business.
The new trainees will start in eleven different professional fields, including industrial clerks, environmental technologists and professional drivers. With their work, they will all make a valuable contribution to the further development and implementation of environmentally friendly solutions.
"Promoting young talent is particularly important to our company, especially as we are also training our own specialists and managers of tomorrow," says Kim Höhne, Managing Partner at Lobbe. "We therefore not only want to prepare the next generation for the challenges of the working world in the best possible way, but also develop them for key positions in our group of companies in the long term. By offering our trainees high-quality and practical training, we are laying the foundations for a long-term and trusting working relationship."
During their training, the young people are supported by experienced trainers who are always up to date with the latest social developments through regular internal training. The so-called "training drivers" are unique at Lobbe: Fixed contact persons accompany the prospective professional drivers throughout their training and prepare them optimally for their new tasks on the vehicles.
When they start their training, the young people not only gain technical knowledge and practical skills, but also the opportunity to actively participate in projects that contribute to environmental protection. In line with Lobbe's sustainability philosophy, they make a valuable contribution to people and society right from the start.
