Iserlohn. The competition for junior staff is fierce due to demographic developments. The fact that 31 young people have chosen to train at Lobbe again this year is therefore all the more gratifying for us.

With the new career starters, Lobbe is currently training a total of 108 junior staff and that with a wide range. Industrial and office clerks, warehouse logistics clerks, IT specialists, chemical laboratory assistants, automotive mechatronics technicians, industrial mechanics, professional drivers and specialists for sewer, pipe and industrial services are the occupational profiles in which training is offered across almost all Lobbe locations. In addition, there are attractive offers for working students or graduates of dual studies.
For the "new ones", the start of their professional life began with an extensive introductory week with workshops and company tours. A good opportunity to get to know the new colleagues, trainers and the company a little better. And at the latest at the joint lunch with the Edelhoff family of shareholders and the Lobbe executives, it was clear to all: This fits, it was the right decision!
