Waste flow concept – disposal made to measure
When customer orientation is taken seriously, concepts are developed in dialogue with the customer. A good example of this is the waste flow concept. The objective is an expanded view of disposal in a business operation. The focus is not on the framework conditions for a single instance of waste disposal, but rather on the entire disposal system. Waste and material flow are almost inevitably interlinked, and a holistic view of these often complex processes provides a wide range for improvement.
The customer determines how far that goes: An initial survey, a detailed concept, or a complete analysis of the processes surrounding waste. Of course a comprehensive, practical and implementation-oriented documentation of all results is part of the package.
The individual waste-flow concept is a binding decision template and a guide for operational implementation. We would be happy to work on this with you.
