Maintenance, inspection and repair of large-scale plants
The term shutdown management includes all maintenance activities (maintenance, inspection, repair) that occur in large industrial facilities on a planned and unplanned basis. Our aim at Industrial Services is to maintain full reliability of the systems, to make them consistently available during production, and to ensure the greatest possible safety of employees and the environment. The final dot on the i here could also well be the check with the flashlight.
Maintenance Management with Lobbe
In the field of maintenance management, services are usually based on framework agreements, which have a certain duration. They stipulate the type, extent and time periods in which industrial service tasks must be performed. In contrast to individual jobs, in maintenance management Lobbe takes over the complete planning, operational implementation, and monitoring of the appropriate measures. These measures may include specific disposal concepts. An inspection protocol subsequently documents the results of the work, so that individual steps can be retraced in detail.
