Lobbe Industrieservice receives awards in price-performance ratio, customer satisfaction and service
German B2B Award determines the best from 1,347 companies
Iserlohn, 20 April 2023. Lobbe Industrieservice GmbH & Co KG has again received very good ratings from the B2B Award this year: As the industry champion with first place in the price/performance category and third place in each of the customer satisfaction & customer service categories. Every year, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verbraucherstudien mbH DtGV determines the best performers from a wide range of industries from more than 1,000 companies in Germany with over 100,000 ratings. "We are very proud of this result and are continuously working to improve our performance. The basis of our activities in industrial services is the highest level of occupational safety, and here we focus primarily on automated cleaning techniques," says Tim Rahlenbeck, Managing Director of Lobbe Industrieservice GmbH & Co KG.
DtGV is independent of providers and conducts tests, reviews and surveys neutrally on the basis of criteria developed by experts. A total of over 100,000 decision-makers' assessments were made of more than 1,300 companies and the best providers were identified. The evaluation was carried out on companies from 100 industries. Lobbe Industrieservice GmbH & Co KG became one of the industry champions in the areas of customer satisfaction and customer service. Industry champions are the best companies in 100 industries. In addition to the 1st place per industry, the top 3 (more than 10 companies per industry) or the top 5 (more than 15 companies per industry) were awarded. Lobbe has already received awards for customer satisfaction, customer service and price-performance ratio in 2022.
"The result of the survey shows us that we are on the right track through our constant efforts and innovation," says Tim Rahlenbeck. Lobbe Industrieservice stands out for its industry-leading innovations in automation. For example, the patented Robotized Lance Frame, which allows a heat exchanger to be cleaned under computer control without exposing humans to unnecessary hazards.
