The assessment was made of companies from 101 sectors, with only 20 percent of the 1,387 companies being awarded the seal of quality "Outstanding Customer Satisfaction" and "Outstanding Customer Service". Lobbe achieved first place in the customer satisfaction rating in the industrial services sector.
