Iserlohn, 17.8.2017 - According to FOCUS & FOCUS-MONEY, a job at Lobbe is one of "Germany's best jobs with a future " http://www.deutschlandtest.de/bestejobs, according to a study by FOCUS-MONEY in cooperation with Prof. Dr. Werner Sarges. This makes Lobbe one of the companies with the most secure and sustainable jobs in Germany.
Lobbe provides consistent service in the areas of refurbishment, industrial service and disposal. Environmental protection and resource conservation are topics that are becoming increasingly important. Lobbe is an innovative, technology-oriented company in the field of environmental services. Lobbe has 1,900 employees at over 40 locations nationwide. Lobbe generates 250 million euros annually (as of 2016). The medium-sized family business has the principle of training for its own needs.
Qualification in the company
Lobbe Industrieservice has recently helped some semi-skilled workers of many years' standing to catch up on their qualifications. A total of 11 candidates now have a recognised vocational qualification as a specialist for pipe, sewer and industrial services. "We are also feeling the effects of the shortage of qualified workers. That is why we have decided to pursue new solutions," says Lisa Stalp, Human Resources Manager at Lobbe Industrieservice.
Structure of the study
The study by FOCUS-MONEY and Deutschland Test examined the 5,000 companies with the largest number of employees based in Germany. The employee, turnover and profit development of the years 2011 - 2015 were analysed. Taken together, these key figures reflect the economic success and thus the security of the workplace. Three conditions had to be met: The number of employees could not have decreased between 2011 and 2015, the annual turnover had to be greater than the corresponding moving average for each year over the specified period, and the profit always had to be positive.
