State-of-the-art technology for precise manhole inspections
Our experts use high-resolution 3D cameras and scanners to record the entire shaft in a single vertical inspection. This creates a complete, three-dimensional model that makes even the smallest damage visible. Thanks to the detailed evaluation of the condition data - for example in accordance with EN 13508-2 - you receive standard-compliant documentation that can be used with legal certainty for building inspections and expert reports.
Even manholes that are not directly accessible with the inspection vehicle can be easily inspected using special additional equipment. This ensures that every manhole is reliably inspected - regardless of its location or accessibility.

Manhole renovation
Groundwater ingress, aggressive media or biogenic sulphur corrosion stress manholes and threaten the stability of concrete manholes. As experts in manhole rehabilitation, we are always at your side with our efficient rehabilitation measures. We carry out renovations in accordance with DIN 1610/DW-M 143-6/143-17. We always offer high quality, which our experts guarantee through solid manual work, the use of special materials and state-of-the-art tools.
To rehabilitate your manholes as quickly, permanently and cost-effectively as possible, our experts use a variety of options:
- Shaft cleaning with high-pressure water, solid blasting with sand or granules
- Substrate pre-treatment (adhesion primer) and mortar coating according to DIN 19573
- GRP lining with hand laminate or a polyurethane coating, with these processes we subsequently make your shaft liquid-tight.
If required, channels and berms are also rebuilt or reprofiled in both mortar and clinker construction methods.
