In many cases, trenchless sewer rehabilitation is a much more cost-effective and time-saving alternative to complete new construction. Lobbe relies on state-of-the-art liner technologies, which are available in various approved versions and materials. These methods enable a permanent and reliable restoration of the functionality of the existing drainage system - without extensive civil engineering work. This method is particularly advantageous in inhabited or heavily frequented areas, as it minimizes intervention in the surface and thus hardly affects residents and traffic.
With our innovative technology, even complex damage patterns can be rehabilitated efficiently and sustainably. The materials used are resistant to chemical and mechanical stresses and guarantee a long service life for the renovated pipe systems. Depending on the requirements, we use different methods that can be flexibly adapted to the respective structural conditions.
Processes and techniques used for sewer rehabilitation at Lobbe:
- Hose relining - the proven method for completely lining damaged pipes
- Flexors - flexible, self-supporting liners for branched pipe systems
- Short lining - selective repair of minor damage with minimal effort
- GRP inliners - particularly resistant and durable, ideal for industrial applications
- Socket renovation - targeted sealing and reinforcement of leaking pipe connections
We also use special techniques such as nozzle renovation, partial coating or robot-assisted milling of deposits and obstructions - especially where manual access is not possible. This means that even connecting pipes and areas that are difficult to access can be renovated reliably and precisely.
