Declaration on accessibility
This accessibility statement applies to the respective published websites of the Lobbe Group companies.
The Lobbe Group endeavors to make the web portal accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) and the EU Directive on Accessibility 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act, EAA for short). The accessibility requirements result from the Disability Equality Act (BGG), the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) and the harmonized European standard EN 301 549 in its current version. These regulations stipulate that certain products and services must be manufactured and distributed or offered and provided in an accessible manner in future.

How accessible is the offer?
The review of accessibility requirements is based on a self-assessment completed on 15.07.2025.
Which areas are not barrier-free?
The following areas are not yet barrier-free:
- No accessibility information when converting to PDF
- Not all PDFs that are created and offered for download via the website are accessible.
- Not all alternative texts for graphics and objects
- The icons in the footer and in the results list of a keyword search are integrated into the HTML via SVGs and have no alternative text.
- HTML structural elements for headings are sometimes incorrect.
- In various service descriptions, headings are not marked with the appropriate HTML structural elements. P tags are used instead of H tags.
- In the application forms, headings (H1 tags) are assigned several times and are read out twice.
- not fully usable without mouse
- Not all radio buttons (stars and native radio buttons in the feedback component) can be selected with the space bar.
- Not all areas can be skipped
- There is a lack of HTML5 elements for marking up areas (header, footer) that make sense for the page structure. WAI-ARIA document landmarks, which structure the page areas in a meaningful way, are also missing.
- Current position of the focus is not always clear.
- The keyboard focus for buttons, links and form fields is not clear enough in some places (give your opinion, search result, application forms).
- Not all incorrectly completed fields can be determined programmatically.
- Incorrectly completed fields in application forms are only highlighted by a color change. The error message is not part of the label and is not linked to the input field via "aria-labelledby" or "aria-describedby" and can therefore no longer be determined programmatically.
- Syntax is not consistently correct.
- All pages generated by the content management system contain syntax errors (unnecessary or invalid html attributes) and do not comply with the W3C HTML standard.
- A clean HTML syntax makes it easier for browsers or screen readers to work with the page.
- Status messages are not available programmatically.
- A success message is displayed after the feedback has been sent. However, this message is not available for assistive technologies. Users are therefore not made aware of them without having to change their current focus or point of view.
The elimination of these named defects is planned for December 2025. The delay is due to a technically necessary upgrade of the content management system, which must first be carried out by our technical service provider.

If no satisfactory solution has been found even after you have informed the above-mentioned contact, you can contact the arbitration board in accordance with Section 16 BGG. The conciliation procedure is free of charge. No legal assistance is required.
