Ready for the future
52 new trainees start their career at Lobbe
Iserlohn. Lobbe welcomes a total of 52 new trainees on August 1, 2025, who will start their careers in the Environmental Services and Industrial Services divisions. With a wide range of training opportunities, the company is creating a strong foundation for the skilled workers of tomorrow.
"Use recyclable materials, control pollutants" - the new trainees approach this central corporate goal with curiosity, commitment and responsibility. Right from the start of their training, they are given exciting insights into the diverse areas of activity of a modern environmental services provider and are quickly given responsibility in their teams.
This year, Lobbe is once again offering apprenticeships in a variety of professions - such as professional driver, automotive mechatronics technician, environmental technologist or in the commercial sector. "Our company has been run by our family for generations - with the aim of actively shaping and continuously improving training and personnel development. That's why we consciously invest in young people. We believe that talent must be nurtured and strengths discovered - in an environment that inspires confidence, arouses curiosity and encourages people to try new things," explains Kim Höhne, shareholder of the Lobbe Group.
In addition to traditional training, the young talents benefit from numerous further training opportunities via the company's own BRAINDOOR Academy. Practical projects such as the Energy Scouts also raise awareness of sustainability and innovation. Lobbe is particularly proud of the current cohort of Energy Scouts: this year, the Scouts 2025 were awarded the special "Biodiversity" prize by the South Westphalian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SIHK) and invited to Berlin to be honored as the best in Germany. Regular exchange formats and support services accompany the trainees throughout their entire training period.
With this start of training, Lobbe is once again reaffirming its claim to offer young people not only a profession, but also a future-proof perspective - for people, the environment and society.
