Our agitator/injector so called „vertical cutter" is an extending/retracting hollow shaft fitted with heavy-duty agitating vanes and outlets for additives. It mixes sludge, breaking it down, liquefying, solidifying, or loosening according to your particular needs. Solidifying is accomplished by adding conditioning agents such as lime, cement, fly ash or coal dust, in order to stabilize the sludge material, facilitating excavation and transport.
