Simplify sludge treatment
The Lobbe „vertical cutter“ is an extending/retracting hollow shaft fitted with heavy-duty agitating vanes and outlets for additives. The device can process 500 to 1500 tons daily - depending on the characteristics and condition of the sludge. The entire mass can be converted to a predetermined consistency. During the conditioning process the sludge becomes solid. Independent of the type of conditioning agent the processed material is safe to walk on after two to four hours. Thus the actual treatment process with the vertical cutter has been completed. Sampling and laboratory analysis are used to determine the constitution of a sludge.
