SEWER REHABILITATION
Hose relining
Lobbe's hose technology facilitates the rehab of domestic drainage conduit. The methodology can be employed in nominal widths ranging from DN 100 to DN 300. Normally, Lobbe proces-ses the entire line from the house inspection chamber to the municipal sewer connection in one operation. A polyester resin-soaked needled-felt hose is drawn into or inserted into the old pipe. The highly flexible hose bonds to the sides of the old pipe, conforming to every curve and bend in the system.
Flexoren
Flexoren is a flexible, quality HDPE pipe system for the no-dig rehab of nominal dia-meters between DN 125 and 300 mm. Outstanding flexibility and plasticity, even in extremely tight bends, facilitates installation.
Quick installation and low set-up costs make the system particularly cost-effective. Existent manhole shafts can be used as start and end points. The Flexoren material is impervious to aggressive substances and can withstand temperatures up to 800 Celsius for short periods.
Partlining
Partlining, the rehab of partial sections, has proven its cost-effectiveness in numerous cases. Defects are not always large enough to necessitate the rehab of an entire sewer section. Lobbe can easily restore pipes with nominal diameters from DN 150 to 800.
Normally, sewer sections remain operative during the repair process. The restorative materials used - glass fiber and polyurethane resins - greatly strengthen the repaired section without decreasing the components basic elasticity.
GRP liners
Lobbe employs UV light hardening GRP (glass-fiber reinforced plastic) liners for various conduit repairs. The thin walls and exceptional strength of this liner material facilitates installation and insures a good fit to the shape of the existing conduit. The use of UV light to harden the material keeps rehab time to an absolute minimum.
