PUMP TECHNOLOGIES

Hose pumps and hazardous liquids pumps
The Depa/Elro type M 15 Ex hose pump, as well as the type GUP 3-1.5 contaminant pump, possess all the advantages of the hose pump principle: compactness, lightweight, ease of use, and mobility. Pump volume remains the same under varying pressures, assuring consistent flow even under high vacuum conditions.
Oil and chemical hose pumps work on the peristaltic principle. That is, the delivery hose is pressed together by rollers and then returns to the original shape due to the resistance of the hose casing material. This principle provides suction, transfer, and expulsion of the pumped material.
Ejector® -Pumps
Ejector pumps driven by compressed air are the components of choice for modern environ-mental engineering applications. Lobbe is the only European source for this innovative Ameri-can product. Principal advantages include robustness that guarantees low-cost continuous use, minimal maintenance requirements, explosion-proof technology, resistance to aggressive substances, dry running capability.
- (Product only) pumps. Used for standard applications involving groundwater contamination caused by petroleum products. The technology of the pump enables emulsion-free separation of contaminants suspended in fluids. Automatic level tracking is available an optional extra. Usable with hose diameters of 50 millimeters upwards!
- Ejector® T. F. (Total fluid) pumps. Used for the total transfer of liquids, without sepa-ration. Can pump up to 8,200 liters per hour. Handles fluid fluctuating as much as 800 mm without the need for accessories. Minimum hose diameter: 100-mm. Special version is available with an internal Vitron valve that is impervious to aggressive media.
